Posting of Prospectus, Notice of General Meeting & Form of Proxy

Stranger Holdings plc, a company formed for the purpose of acquiring a business, project or assets to potentially generate significant shareholder returns, announces further to the Approval & Publication of Prospectus RNS announcement released on 2 October 2023, that it has posted the Prospectus (which contains the Notice of General Meeting) and Form of Proxy to Shareholders.

The Directors confirm they are to convene a general meeting of the Company at 1.00 pm on 1 November 2023 at the offices of MSP Secretaries Limited, Eastcastle House, 27/28 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DH. The Prospectus and Form of Proxy are also available on the Company's website: www.strangerholdingsplc.co.uk

Subject to all resolutions being passed at the General Meeting, it is expected that the Enlarged Share Capital of the Company will be admitted to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange by way of a Standard Listing, with trading on the Main Market expected to commence on or around 8.00 a.m. on 7 November 2023.
