Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Following the merger of the capital markets businesses of Peterhouse Capital Limited and Novum Securities Limited into AlbR Capital Limited, effective from 1 October 2025, the Company is pleased to announce that AlbR Capital Limited has been appointed as Joint Corporate Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

AlbR Capital Limited will work alongside the Company's existing corporate broker and nominated advisor, Zeus.

Nativo has interests in gold projects in Peru. The Company's strategy is based on three core activities: primary gold mining, gold ore processing, and the recovery of gold from tailings.
