Naked Wines plc confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 25 July 2022 at 3:00 p.m. (UK time) at the offices of Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London E1 6AD.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 March 2022 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have now been posted to shareholders and copies are available on the Company's website at www.nakedwinesplc.co.uk or by request.
