Notice of Half Year Results

Mulberry Group plc ("Mulberry" or the "the Company"), the British sustainable luxury brand, will announce its Half Year results for the twenty-six weeks ended 28 September 2024 on Tuesday 19^th   November 2024.

As previously announced, the Company will also hold its 2024 annual general meeting ("AGM") on the same day at 11.00 a.m. at 30 Kensington Church Street, London W8 4HA.

The notice of AGM (the "Notice") has been made available to applicable Mulberry shareholders and can be found on the Company's website at www.mulberry.com/gb/investor-relations/reports

Shareholders are invited to attend the AGM in person and should refer to the Notice for more information.
