NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS

 

M.P.Evans Group PLC, a producer of sustainable Indonesian palm oil, will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022 on Monday, 12 September 2022.

 

A presentation for analysts will be held on the day at 9:30am and those wishing to participate should contact mpevans@hudsonsandler.com for further details.

 

ONLINE INVESTOR PRESENTATION TO SHAREHOLDERS

 

In order to extend the communication between M.P.Evans and all its shareholders, the Company is pleased to announce that its executive management team will make a live presentation relating to the Company's interim results for the period to 30 June 2022 on Tuesday, 13 September 2022 at 12:00pm on the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform.

 

This online presentation is freely available to all existing and potential shareholders. They can sign up to the IMC platform free of charge using the following link:
