Block listing application

M.P. Evans Group PLC announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 50,000 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") to trade on the LSE. All of these Shares are being reserved under extensions to an existing block listing and will be issued to satisfy the exercise of share options pursuant to the following scheme:

It is expected that admission of these Shares will become effective on 28 April 2023. These Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Shares in issue, will be allotted to satisfy the exercise of options under the LTIS.
