Appointment of Auditor

Further to the Company's announcement dated 2 October 2023, and following a formal selection process, the Board of Mountview is pleased to announce that it has appointed Moore Kingston Smith LLP ("MKS") as its new independent auditor with immediate effect.

The Board has approved the appointment of MKS as the Company's auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2024. The re-appointment of MKS for the financial year ending 31 March 2025 will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in August 2024.
