Non-Executive Director Board change

Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc (AIM: MAB1) today announces that it has received notice from Stephen Smith, Non-Executive Director of the Company, of his intention not to seek re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on 24 May 2023.

Stephen's departure will allow him to concentrate on other responsibilities and time commitments. He originally joined the Board as Non-Executive Director in January 2018, and the Board would like to thank him for his valuable contribution to the Company.
