Appointment of General Counsel and Company Secretary 

Further to the Company's announcement on 22 April 2025, the Company announces that Lisa Minns has been appointed as General Counsel & Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Lisa is a lawyer with over 20 years of legal, commercial, regulatory and governance experience across a number of different sectors.

Prior to joining the Company, Lisa was General Counsel & Company Secretary at St. Modwen Properties and had previously spent over 17 years at Centrica plc where she held a number of legal, commercial and regulatory roles.
