Jul. 7, 2011 (Filing Services Canada) -- American Vanadium Corp. (AVC - TSX Venture), is pleased to announce that further to its press release of June 28, 2011, the non-brokered private placement has been increased to 2,334,667 units for total proceeds of $3,502,000.50. Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company and one-quarter of a share purchase warrant exercisable at the price of $2.00 each for a period of 18 months from closing.
