MOH Nippon Plc (LSE: MOH), a crowdfunding services provider for real estate investment in Japan, gives notice that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 4.00 p.m. on 30 October 2024 at the offices of Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1AA.
The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders and published in the 'Circulars' section on the 'Documents' page of the Company's website: https://mohnippon.com/documents/.
