Issue of warrants / directors dealing

The Company announces that on 17 April 2012, the board issued a warrant to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company to each of Mr Aamir Quraishi and Mr Peter Redmond, a part of their remuneration package.  Mr Quraishi and Mr Redmond are directors of the Company.

The terms of the warrant are set out below:

Exercise price                                    £0.001

Number of shares                           1.5% of the issued share capital from time to time

The warrants can be exercised at any time up until 17 April 2015.
