MindGym (AIM: MIND), the global provider of human capital and business improvement solutions, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2024, which includes the Notice of AGM 2024 and the AGM proxy form, have been published on the Company's website at https://themindgym.com/investors/reports. Printed copies were posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy documents on Friday, 21st June 2024.
MindGym's AGM will be held at the Company's offices at 160 Kensington High Street, London, W8 7RG at 9.00am on Monday, 15th July 2024. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM 2024.
