Interim CFO Appointment

MindGym (AIM: MIND), the global provider of human capital and business improvement solutions, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Nicholas ('Nick') Stone as Interim Chief Financial Officer, to cover the forthcoming maternity leave of Emily Fyffe, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, with effect from October 2025.

Nick brings a wealth of experience, having held senior finance roles at AIM and Main Market companies including as CFO at Braemar Plc (2019-2023), Group Finance Director at Hornby plc (2013-2016) and Operations and Finance Director at KBC Advanced Technologies PLC (2001-2012). During his career, he has had relevant experience with regards to corporate transformation, including the commercialisation of IP into a recurring revenue model.

Nick joined the MindGym team at the end of August 2025 to ensure a full and orderly handover and will be supported by the Company's longstanding senior finance team, enabling a seamless transition.  Nick will not be appointed as a Director or join the Board of the Company. 

Emily currently anticipates returning to a full-time role in October 2026.
