Milton is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted and will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 9 July 2025, at the offices of Peterhouse Capital Limited, 3^rd Floor, 80 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6EE.

The Notice of AGM, Form of Proxy and annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 January 2025, have been posted. The Notice of AGM will also shortly be available at the Company's website: http://milton-capital.co.uk.

Milton also announces that Edward Dawson has tendered his resignation as Managing Director with effect from 19 June 2025. The Board would like to thank Edward for his past service to the Company.
