Change of Financial Year End

Milton Capital Plc announces a change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 30 September to 31 January with immediate effect. The Company intends to issue unaudited results for 31 January 2023 on or around 15^th of February and full audited accounts by 31 March 2023.

The change in reference date was necessary as a result of changes to audit regulations by the FRC regarding Public Interest Entities. 

Going forward interim and annual reports will be published each year for the 6 months to 31 July and 12 months to 31 January respectively.
