MHA (AIM: MHA), a leading professional services provider of audit and assurance, tax, accountancy and advisory services announced that it has posted to shareholders its combined results of the Company's operating entities for its financial year ended 31 March 2025, together with its annual audited accounts for the MHA group trading entities, MacIntyre Hudson Holdings Limited and MacIntyre Hudson LLP.

As previously announced, due to the timing of the IPO, the results cover the year ended 31 March 2025 and reflect the combined audited results of the trading entities for the year prepared on the same basis as the historical financial information presented in the Company's AIM Admission Document. The Company's first consolidated unaudited results will cover the six months ended 30 September 2025 and the first post-IPO consolidated audited results for MHA plc will be for the year ending 31 March 2026.
