Major Shareholdings
Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) ("Metals Exploration" or the "Company"), a gold producer in the Philippines, has been notified of the sale, at 6p per share, of 100 million ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") by MTL Luxembourg S.a.r.l. to existing shareholder, Drachs Investments No 3 Limited. The trade took place on 8 October 2024.
