Further to our letter dated 12th October 2020 re. Postponement of Annual General Meeting, we write to inform you that the Thirty Eighth Annual General Meeting of Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC (MBSL) has been rescheduled to be held on Thursday, 12th November 2020 at 10.00 a.m. at the Board Room of MBSL, 18th Floor, BOC Merchant Tower, No.28, St. Michael's Road, Colombo 3. The Annual General Meeting will be held via an Online Meeting Platform without the physical presence of the Shareholders due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic in the country. Circular to Shareholders together with the revised Notice of Meeting will be dispatched to the shareholders today.

POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING We write with reference to our letters dated 18th September 2020 and 8th October 2020 with regard to the Annual General Meeting of Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC. We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 14th October 2020 at 10.00 a.m. at the Grand Ballroom, Galadari Hotel, Colombo 01 has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The venue, date and the time of the meeting will be notified to the shareholders via a fresh Notice of Meeting giving requisite notice period to attend the AGM.
