Mass Megawatts Filed OTCID Management Certification

 Mass Megawatts Wind Power, Inc. filed its  management certification for its fiscal year ended April 30, 2024 as required to be qualified as an OTCID tier   company on OTC Markets.  The management certification for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2025 will be filed at the time of the annual report filing for     year ended April 30,2025. The deadline for filing both the annual report for the year ended April 30, 2025 and its related management certification for     the year ended April 30,2025 is in July 2025.
