Pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.9 (R) (2), Marks and Spencer Group plc confirms that Evelyn Bourke will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of St. James's Place plc with effect from 1 March 2026. Upon appointment, Evelyn will be a member of their audit and remuneration committees.
