1.       Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "Annual Report")

2.       Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice")

3.       Form of Proxy for the 2025 Annual General Meeting

The Annual Report and AGM Notice are also available on the Company's website at www.man.com. The Annual Report will also available on the National Storage Mechanism and is available on the Company's website in ESEF compliant format in accordance with DTR 4.1.15.

The Company confirms that, in compliance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5, will be available in unedited full text within the Annual Report available on the National Storage Mechanism and in compliance with DTR 6.3.5(3) is available on the Company's website as noted above.
