Director Responsibilities Change

In accordance with Listing Rule LR 6.4.6(3), Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that Antoine Forterre, Chief Financial Officer, will also take on responsibility for Central Trading and Execution, and Fund Treasury with effect from 30 September 2025, and will therefore assume the title of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
