Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the global learning and skills development partner, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Malvern House London, 200 Pentonville Road, London, N1 9JY at 10.30 a.m. on 11 June 2025.

The Annual Report in respect of the year ended 31 December 2024, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, was posted to shareholders today and copies of which are available at www.malverninternational.com/category/financial-news/.
