CFO Transition

 

Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), a global partner in learning and skills development, announces that Daniel Fisher, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his role to pursue other opportunities after five years with the Company.

Daniel will remain with the Company for a transition period of up to six months to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities while the Board undertakes a search process to identify his successor.

Since joining the Group, Daniel has played a key role in the turnaround of the business and in strengthening the Group's financial position.

Richard Mace, Chief Executive Officer, said:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Daniel for his significant contribution to Malvern over the past five years. He leaves the Group well positioned for its next phase of growth and we wish him every success in the future."

Daniel Fisher, Chief Financial Officer, said:

"It has been a privilege to serve as CFO of Malvern and to work with such a dedicated team. I am proud of the progress the Group has made during my time here and believe the business is well positioned for the future. I look forward to supporting a smooth transition over the coming months."

The Company has commenced a search process for a successor and will update the market in due course.
