Board Changes

LendInvest Plc (AIM: LINV) ("LendInvest" or the "Company"), the UK's leading platform for mortgages, today announces that Christian Faes has informed the Company of his intention to transition from Non-Executive Chair of the Board to a Non-Executive Board Director role, which will take immediate effect.

The Company is pleased to announce that Stephan Wilcke, currently the Company's Senior Independent Director, will assume the role of independent Non-Executive Chair of the Board with immediate effect. The Board remains otherwise unchanged.

As a long-standing member of the Board, Stephan brings extensive leadership experience and his deep understanding of LendInvest and the wider financial services sector makes him a natural successor to lead the Board through the Company's next phase of growth.

The transition comes at a strategically important time for LendInvest, as the Company continues to execute its strategic evolution and build on its recent positive half-year results - a pivot that both Stephan and Christian were instrumental in driving. Christian will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director, ensuring continuity and the continued benefit of his insights.

In his new role as Chair, Stephan will conduct a review of Board composition and committee membership, and in the interim period will continue to chair the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Stephan Wilcke, incoming Chair, commented:
