Director/PDMR Notification
LendInvest plc (LSE: LINV) ("LendInvest" or the "Company"), the UK's leading platform for mortgages, has been notified of the sale and acquisition of ordinary shares in the Company by Ian Thomas, the Chief Investment Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company. Ian Thomas sold 1,600,000 ordinary shares at £0.26 per share held by his wholly owned company, Kilford Investments Limited, to his self-invested personal pension. As part of the transfer, his self-invested personal pension also acquired a further 7,400 ordinary shares at £0.26 per share. Following the transaction, Ian Thomas' shareholding has increased by 7,400 ordinary shares, and he now has a total holding of 40,123,312 ordinary shares, equivalent to 28.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Formal notification is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation. A separate notification of dealing form (TR-1) will follow this announcement.
