Legal & General Group Plc announces the appointment of Clare Bousfield as a member of the Group Audit Committee

The Board of Legal & General Group Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Clare Bousfield as a member of the Group Audit Committee with effect from 1 September 2025.   

Clare joined the Board on 1 December 2024 as a non-executive director and is a member of the Group Data and Technology Committee, Group Risk Committee and Group Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee.
