Purchase of shares by subsidiary undertaking

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") has been advised that on 16 March 2026, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation (Channel Islands) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation (the "Trustee"), purchased a total of 61,698 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Corporation (the "Shares"). The Shares were purchased at a price of £11.05 per share.

Under the terms of a Trust Deed dated 23 April 2002, the Trustee was appointed trustee of the Corporation's Employee Share Ownership Trust (the "Trust"). 

The purchase was in connection with the Deferred Share Bonus Plan for senior staff.
