NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - Change to External Directorships

 

Landsec hereby gives notification, that Miles Roberts, Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed a Non-executive Director of RS Group PLC with effect from 1 March 2025. Miles will also be a member of their Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
