Remote access to AGM

 

Kore Potash plc, the potash development company with 97% ownership of the Kola and DX Potash Projects in the Sintoukola Basin, located in the Republic of Congo, is pleased to advise that the Company  will provide remote 'listen-in' access to the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") via a dial-in facility.

 

As previously announced the AGM will be held  at 09:30 (British Summer Time)/10.30 (South African time)/16.30 (Western Australian time) on 9 June 2022 at Memery Crystal LLP, 165 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2DY. However, please note that whilst shareholders will be permitted to attend in person, no directors will be present at the venue.
