Kodal Minerals has been notified that, in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Charles Joseland, a non-executive director of the Company, was a director of Raleigh International Trust at the time it was placed into creditors voluntary liquidation on 16 June 2022.
