Block Listing Application

20 October 2025: Kingfisher plc, ISIN GB0033195214, announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on 21 October 2025.

These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued in connection with the Kingfisher plc Sharesave Scheme.

When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
