Implements Gaming\nEnvironment Upgrades at Pachinko Parlor in Hitachi\n\nUpgrades Include the Introduction of a Clean Air\nGenerator and New Smart Card System to Improve Customer Satisfaction and Reduce\nCosts\n\nHITACHI, Japan — April 30,\n2013 — Kinbasha Gaming\nInternational, Inc.  (OTCQX: KNBA), owner\nand operator of retail pachinko gaming centers nationally in Japan, today\nannounced that it has implemented a series of significant gaming environment upgrades\nat one of its pachinko parlors in Hitachi.\n\nSeveral\nkey areas of the Hitachi parlor have been targeted to improve the overall gaming\nenvironment, and spur same-store revenue growth.  One upgrade is the introduction of a new smart\ncard system, which eliminates the need to physically move metal balls from machine\nto machine, and dramatically reduces labor costs in the parlor.  As an example, at one of Kinbasha’s pachinko parlors\nin Toride, Ibaraki, where this system has already been introduced, total expenditures\non part-time workers decreased by 25%-30%.\n\n“We\nare pleased to introduce our new parlor upgrades in Hitachi, including our\nlatest smart card system,” said Masatoshi Takahama, Chief Executive Officer of\nKinbasha. “Not only does the card system significantly improve customer\nsatisfaction, it also reduces our labor costs throughout the year.  It’s a perfect example of a win-win situation\nfor both Kinbasha and our loyal patrons.”\n\nAs\npart of its Hitachi parlor upgrades, Kinbasha also announced the roll-out of\nthe company’s latest clean air generator to remove unwanted dust and smoke within\ndesignated smoking areas. In addition, pachinko machines are now separated by privacy\npanels that have been installed to provide a more secluded environment for each\nplayer to focus on the game.  These\nimprovements are part of Kinbasha’s efforts to create a comfortable gaming\nenvironment and appeal to as many demographics as possible.\n\n“Kinbasha\nis intently focused on the satisfaction of our customers,” continued Mr.\nTakahama. “Although this equipment was first introduced at our largest parlors,\nas we continue to implement our upgrade initiatives these new systems are\nexpected to be rolled-out at Kinbasha’s...
