Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that Andrew Davies, Chief Executive of the Company, will retire from the Board of Chemring Group PLC, as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director, on 31 January 2025 as he is approaching the end of his nine-year term.

This announcement is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R.
