BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Block Listing Shares") to be admitted to the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List of the FCA and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

The Block Listing Shares will be issued pursuant to the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme 2016. When issued, the Block Listing Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to become effective on 30 October 2024.
