Notice of Annual General Meeting
Keras Resources plc (AIM: KRS) announces that its Annual General Meeting for 2025 will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 14 August 2025 at Coveham House, Downside Bridge Road, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 3EP.
A copy of the notice convening the meeting will be made available to download from the Company's website today at https://kerasplc.com/results-and-reports/ and will also be posted today to shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy.
In addition, a personalised letter will be posted to all shareholders today giving information as to how to register proxy votes online for the Company's Annual General Meeting.
