Change of Auditor
The Company announces the appointment of MAH Chartered Accountants, which is a trading name of MAH Professional Services Limited as its new auditor with effect from 5 January 2024.
In accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, the previous auditor, PKF Littlejohn LLP, has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
