Results of Annual General Meeting

The 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Kainos Group plc took place today at 10.30am.

All resolutions proposed at the AGM were carried, through poll voting. The full text of each of the resolutions is set out in the Notice of AGM, a copy of which is available on the Kainos website www.kainos.com. Details of votes received on each resolution will also shortly be made available on the Kainos website.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.2R, copies of the resolutions passed as special business at the AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

No other business was conducted at the meeting.
