Share Buyback Programme - Timing Update

As announced on 27 February 2025, Jupiter is carrying out a share buyback programme (the "Programme") to purchase a maximum aggregate amount of £13.9 million ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). 

The maximum number of Ordinary Shares which may be purchased under the Programme is 16,349,385 and to date the Company has purchased 14,906,581 shares.

The expected completion date of the Programme, when commenced in February, was 31 July 2025.  The Company has now agreed with Numis Securities Limited ("Deutsche Numis"), who are conducting the Programme on its behalf, to continue the Programme and the new expected completion date is 5 September 2025.

Save as announced above, all other details of the Programme remain as announced on 27 February 2025.
