Total Voting Rights

In accordance with 5.6.1A R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Johnson Matthey Plc (the "Company") notifies the market of the following:

As at 29^th August 2025, the total issued share capital of the Company comprised 177,287,098 ordinary shares of 110 ⁴⁹/₅₃ pence each. This figure includes 9,231,346 shares held in treasury. 

The total number of the Company's ordinary shares with one voting right per share is 168,055,752. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
