Johnson Matthey announces completion of Diagnostic Services (also known as Tracerco) sale

Further to the announcement on 3^rd May 2023, Johnson Matthey Plc (JM) is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of its Diagnostic Services business on 29^th September 2023 in accordance with the terms of the sale agreement entered into between JM and Sullivan Street Partners for a consideration of £55 million.
