Committee membership changes

Jersey Electricity plc(the Company) today announces the following changes to the composition of the Board Committees with immediate effect:

Kayte O'Neill will step down as Member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Katye O'Neill will be appointed as the Remuneration Committee Chair.

Kayte O'Neill will be appointed as a Member of the Nomination Committee.

Tony Taylor will step down as the Chair and as a Member of the Remuneration Committee.

Tony Taylor will be appointed as a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Roger Blundell will be appointed as a Member of the Remuneration Committee.

Roger Blundell will step down as a Member of the Nomination Committee.

This notification is made in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.6.
