Jangada Mines plc, a natural resources development company with interests in Brazil and elsewhere, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Bird & Bird LLP, 12 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1JP, at 10.00 a.m. on 28 July 2023.

A notice of AGM and a Form of Proxy has been sent to the shareholders of the Company. The notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website www.jangadamines.com.
