In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the Company notifies the market that as at 31 July 2025, the issued share capital consisted of:

The Company's total issued share capital consists of 50,621,497 ordinary shares of 25 pence each and 100,000 preference shares of £1.00 each. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 50,721,497.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The figure 50,721,497 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
