Temporary suspension of trading on AIM

Jade Road Investments Limited, an Investing Company quoted on AIM advises that, as most recently announced by the Company on 20 March 2025, the disposal of the Company's legacy assets completed on 29 May 2024 resulted in the Company having 12 months from that date  to substantially implement its Investing Policy as per AIM Rule 15 and paragraph 5.6 of the AIM Note for Investing Companies. The Company confirms that this has not been achieved as of today and that, consequently, trading in the Company's shares will be temporarily suspended from 7:30 am today until such time as the Company executes an investment in line with its current investing policy.

Should the Company fail to make an investment in line with its Investing Policy for a period of 6 months from today the admission of the Company's securities on AIM will be cancelled in line with AIM Rule 41.
