Subscription Agreement

Jade Road Investments Limited ("Jade Road" or the "Company"), an Investing Company quoted on AIM, advises that further to its announcement on 6 May 2025 regarding a subscription agreement with Verus Financial Services Limited ('Verus') for £1 million that the subscription has not yet closed pending receipt of funds. The Company has been in detailed discussions with Verus regarding the timing of the likely completion of their subscription and has received assurances that the  funds will be remitted in the near future.

A further update on the closing and the admission date to Aim for the new shares will be provided once funds have been received.
