Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the FCA for a block listing of 18,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p pence each ranked pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

The ordinary shares are to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities upon allotment in connection with the ITV Sharesave Plan, ITV Performance Share Plan, Long Term Incentive Plan, and Executive Share Award Plan.

Admission of the ordinary shares is expected to take place on 17 October 2023.
