Appointment of NOMAD and joint corporate brokers

ITM Power PLC is pleased to announce that Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co KG, London ('Berenberg') and J.P. Morgan Cazenove have been appointed as joint corporate brokers.

Berenberg has also been appointed as NOMAD.
