Ithaca Energy plc (the "Company")
PDMR and PCA Notification
Ithaca Energy plc (LSE: ITH) announces that it was notified on 15th April 2024 that DKL Energy Limited (on behalf of Delek Group Limited ("DGL")) transferred shares to a new custody account in connection with the issue by DGL of a series of Israeli Bonds. DGL is, a person closely associated with two PDMRs, Mr Idan Wallace and Mr Ithshak Tshuva, both Non-Executive Directors of the Company
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
